Steps:
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Cut the top off the Hawaiian bread and save. Dig out the center of the bread and put bread aside.
- Pour the mixture into the hollowed out loaf and put the top back on. Wrap entire loaf in foil and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
- Serve with pieces of bread you saved from the center. Also is great with crackers.
