The cake may be ugly, but it sure tastes good! This is a cake I sometimes make at Easter. I hope you enjoy it!

Steps:
- 1. preheat oven to 325. grease and flour 9x13 inch pan.
- 2. In mixer bowl, combine cake mix, fruit cocktail, eggs, oil, 1 cup of coconut and pudding. Beat well with mixer for 4 minutes and pour into prepared pan. Mix together pecans and brown sugar and sprinkle over batter.
- 3. Bake in 325 degree oven for 45 minutes. While cake is baking, combine butter, sugar and evaporated milk in small pan. Cook until boiling and boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add remaining 1 1/3 cup coconut.
- 4. Remove cake from oven and spoon mixture over hot cake. Allow cake to cool some before serving. Cake can be served warm or cold.
