2 pieces Tilapia
Flour
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder
Thyme
Lemon
Butter
Olive Oil
Capers
Grape Tomatoes
Basil

Steps:

  • 1. Marinate fillet with Lemon juice, thyme, salt , pepper, garlic powder and thyme. (10 min) 2. Bread fillet in flour 3. Add Olive oil and/or butter in a skillet. Sauté. 4. In a small skillet melt butter and lemon juice in equal quantities, add caper and grape tomatoes and fine slices of Basil 5. Pour sauce on top of Tilapia
