Tuna Rice Curry image

3 tablespoons butter
0.25 cups flour
0.5 teaspoons curry powder
2 cups milk
1 units beef bouillon cube
1 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1.25 cups tuna
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons parsley
2.66666666667 cups cooked rice

Steps:

  • In sauce pan melt butter. Blend in flour and curry powder to form a smooth paste. Stir in milk gradually. Add bouillon cube and cook over medium heat stirring constantly until mixture thickens.
  • Add cheddar cheese and tuna; continue cooking until cheese has melted. Add butter and parsley to hot rice; toss lightly until well mixed. Spoon rice in a ring around edge of serving platter. Fill center with hot tuna mixture. Garnish with parsley if desired.
