Tuna Poke Bowls image

Number Of Ingredients 16

1 Tuna loin
1 bunch Green onion
2 cups Mango
2 handful Green Beans
2 cups Edemame
2 batch Avocado
2 tablespoons Mayonaise
2 teaspoons Hot Sauce
2 tablespoons Lime juice
1/4 C + 2 TBSP cups Soy sauce
2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
2 tablespoons Honey
1 tablespoon Sesame oil (extra for cooking green beans)
1 tablespoon Sambal Oelek
1 tablespoon Ginger Fresh grated
3 scoops Rice

Steps:

  • Combine mayo, hot sauce, small amount of lime juice and gently thin with water. Set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, vegetable oil, sesame oil, honey, sambal oelek, ginger, and scallions.
  • Add the tuna and toss. Let the mixture sit in the fridge for at least 15 minutes or up to 1 hour.
  • Cook edemame, roast avocados at 325 for 12-15 mins, cook cut green beans in sesame oil for 3-4 mins.
  • Sear tuna, and when pan is turned off add in mango. Cut the tuna and let sit in maranade.
  • When rice is cooked prepare bowls, you can add chips or wanton crisps to finish it off.
  • Drizzle mayo over top of prepared dish and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
