Triple-Cabbage Slaw image

2 cups thinly sliced Chinese (napa) cabbage
1 1/2 cups shredded green cabbage
1/2 cup shredded red cabbage
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
3 tablespoons orange marmalade
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 teaspoon grated gingerroot

Steps:

  • Mix cabbages and chives in large glass or plastic bowl.
  • Stir marmalade, vinegar and gingerroot in small bowl until blended. Add to cabbage mixture; toss lightly to mix.
