Yield 2 pies

Number Of Ingredients 7

3 eggs, beaten
2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. cream
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 prepared pie crusts

Steps:

  • Mix butter and sugar together until nice and smooth. Add remaining ingredients and mix vigorously. Pour into pie crusts. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until set. Keep at close watch as they will burn easily.
