These are a super quick light lunch or appetizer. My grandchildren love these little tasty treats. There is no telling how many I've made over the years as they continue to grow.

- 1. Spread pizza sauce over flour tortilla. Top with your favorite toppings. Microwave 40 seconds. Slice with pizza cutter. NOTE: For a healthier version, I use turkey pepperoni and whole wheat tortilla. For a crispier crust, I put mine in a toaster oven for about a minute and a half. Not only are they flavorful and quick to prepare, they are very economical.
