TORTILLA DE PATATAS (POTATO OMELETTE) image

3-4 potatoes
5-6 eggs
salt
oil

Steps:

  • Cut the potatoes in half and then slice thin. Deep fry the potatoes until a few of them are brown and crispy. In large bowl beat the eggs and add a pinch of salt. Remove the potatoes from the oil and cool them. Add the to the eggs and mix. Heat a pan with a little oil and poor the egg potato mix. When it becomes kind of solid turn flip the mix using a dish. Wait a little bit and done!
