This is simple yet so delicious. You make your own vinaigrette. Better than bottled in my opinion. Hope you enjoy this!!

Steps:
- To make the vinaigrette, in a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, honey and salt. Add the olive oil and basil and whisk to blend well. Taste and adjust the seasonings as you wish.
- Slice the tomatoes straight across into several slices and arrange on a platter.
- Drizzle the vinaigrette over the tomatoes and serve.
