I have been obsessed with this pie since I heard about it, years ago at a family reunion. I found a recipe in an old southern living cookbook. I tweeked the recipe, with a few things like the garlic salt and extra cheese. and I'm very happy I did, the only thing that can make this better would be to add bacon. Sadly I didn't have any. I served it with dinner. But I had a piece for breakfast, cold and it was just as good as the night before.

Steps:
- Dock and pre-bake pie crust at 400 for 9 to 10 mins.
- Place flour, salt, pepper and garlic salt in Ziploc bag. Add sliced tomatoes, shake to coat
- layer tomatoes slices in pre baked pie crust.
- mix mayonnaise with cheeses until blended, spoon over top of tomatoes, spreading to the inside edge of the crust.
- Bake at 375 for 25 min. Let cool 5 mins. Serve
- Refrigerate left overs
