Steps:
- In a large saucepan, heat oil over medium heat. Add the grlic and saute until it just starts to brown; be careful to not burn it. Add the paprika,and stir for 1 minute to release the flavor. Add tomatos, tomato paste and stock; mix well and bring to a simmer for 10 minutes. Add hot sauce and season with salt and pepper. Ladle to soup into warmed bowls and garnish with cheese and cilantro. Serve hot.
