TINA'S POOR MAN'S MOCK PECAN PIE
I had this delicious pie at a pie social in the small community of Freisland WI the woman told me how to make it. Since I didn't have paper and pen, my sister memorized the first half and I memorized the second half. That's team work.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine all ingredients except nuts and pie shell in a bowl. Pour into pie shell
- Sprinkle with walnut pieces
- Bake 425 degree oven for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 20-25 minutes more.
