Steps:
- Heat oven to 400ºF.
- Place fish in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Mix all remaining ingredients except chives until blended; brush onto fish.
- Bake 10 to 12 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork. Remove fish from oven.
- Heat broiler. Broil fish, 6 inches from heat, 2 to 3 min. or until lightly browned. Sprinkle with chives.
