This is great served over mashed potatoes drizzled with a little gravy. Comfort food for sure.

Steps:
- 1. Mix the ground beef, onion, garlic, bread crumbs, paprika, and salt and pepper together in a bowl. Mix the eggs and milk together then mix it into the ground beef mixture.
- 2. Mix in the Mozzerella and Swiss cheese. Press equal amounts into the mini tart pans.
- 3. Preheat oven 350 degrees.l Bake for 10 minutes then add the Parmesan cheese to the top of the meatloaf tarts and bake another 10 minutes.
- 4. garnish with fresh basil
