Three Bean Salad image

1 can dark red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 can yellow beans, drained
1 can green beans, drained
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup diced green pepper
1/2 cup canola oil
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp tarragon

Steps:

  • Combine in large bowl, the drained and rinsed kidney bean to the drained yellow and green beans. Add the onion and green pepper to the bean mixture.
  • In separate small bowl, add the oil, vinegar, sugar and tarragon; mix thoroughly. Pour over bean mixture, mix well.
  • Refrigerate for six hours. Stir before serving.
