This is my dad's speciality. Many versions to this garlic sauce but this is the way my dad makes it.

Steps:
- Mix the garlic with the oil, adding the oil a little at a time.
- The mixture will become creamy.
- When all the oil is finished add soda water a little at a time until required consistency is achieved.
- Serve with anything you wish.
