THE SWIMMING POOL COCKTAIL
Steps:
- 3 parts Pineapple Juice 2 parts White Rum 1 part Vodka 1 part Coconut Milk 1 part Fresh Cream 1 part Blue Curacao Wedge of Pineapple Mix the Pineapple Juice, White Rum, Vodka, Coconut Milk and Fresh Cream in a shaker with ice. Half fill a highball glass with crushed ice and pour in the mixed cocktail Add the Blue Curacao to the top and add the Pineapple wedge to the edge of the glass
