12 oz frozen whipped topping, thawed
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
8 oz low-fat cream cheese
3 c 2% milk
6 oz vanilla instant pudding (2 small boxes)
5-6 bananas
16 oz pepperidge farm chessmen cookies (2 bags)

Steps:

  • 1. Line the bottom of a 13x9x2-inch dish with 1 bag of cookies and layer bananas on top.
  • 2. In a bowl, combine the milk and pudding mix and blend well using a hand-held electric mixer.
  • 3. Using another bowl, combine the cream cheese and condensed milk and mix until smooth.
  • 4. Fold the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture.
  • 5. Add the cream cheese mixture to the pudding mixture and stir until well blended.
  • 6. Pour the mixture over the cookies and bananas and cover with the remaining cookies. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
