This is my favorite cranberry bread recipe. It is tart and sweet at the same time. This recipe makes the the bread so moist. It freezes well!

Steps:
- 1. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees and prepare a loaf pan for baking. My favorite is a stoneware loaf pan sprayed with PAM baking spray.
- 2. Stir, the orange juice, orange zest, buttermilk, melted butter and egg together in a bowl.
- 3. Whisk together all dry ingredients. Add the liquids, blending together.
- 4. Add chopped cranberries and walnuts, stirring until well mixed.
- 5. Bake for 20 minutes, then reduce the heat to 350 degrees and bake for another 30 to 35 minutes.
