I make this in big batches, but it can be halved and it's still plenty! I love to make sticky rice on the stove top, so this is the best sauce that I've made to go with the rice so far. It's spicy and sweet!

Steps:
- 1. Heat the vinegar and sugar until completely dissolved.
- 2. Add the vinegar mix and the rest of the ingredients in a small food processer or blender and mix together.
- 3. Use for sticky rice or meats to dip!
