Thai Dipping Sauce image

Another recipe found in my "The Complete Meat Cookbook" by Bruce Aidells and Denis Kelly. Untried by me, but posting for ZWT event as it sounds like something we would enjoy trying. This is also the sauce suggested for serving with recipe#503398 which I posted for this event.

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sriracha sauce (Thai hot chili sauce) or 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

Steps:

  • In a small bowl combine all ingredients and stir until the sugar is dissolved.
