Tex-Mex BBQ Chicken Stack image

Layers of flavorful chicken, cheese and BBQ sauce shine in this easy bake. Serve it up in wedges for maximum applause.

1/2 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
1/2 cup water
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 onion, chopped
3 cups shredded cooked chicken
3 flour tortillas (10 inch)
1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Mix first 3 ingredients until blended. Reserve 2 Tbsp. barbecue sauce mixture for later use.
  • Cook and stir onions in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 4 to 5 min. or until crisp-tender. Add chicken and remaining barbecue sauce mixture; stir. Simmer on medium-low heat 2 to 3 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  • Cover baking sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray. Place 1 tortilla on prepared baking sheet; top with half the chicken mixture and 1/2 cup cheese. Cover with second tortilla. Top with layers of remaining chicken, 1/2 cup of the remaining cheese and remaining tortilla. Spread with reserved barbecue sauce mixture; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cover loosely with second sheet of foil.
  • Bake 15 min. or until heated through. Let stand 5 min. before cutting into wedges. Serve with sour cream.
