Terry's Spinach Souffle image

This comes together nicely and tastes great.

Number Of Ingredients 5

12 oz package(s) frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
4 - eggs
1/2 cup(s) bread crumbs
1/2 cup(s) shredded cheddar cheese
1 can(s) cream of celery or cream of asparagus soup

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees
  • Lightly butter a 9x9" casserole dish
  • In a medium sized bowl, beat eggs. Add the spinach, bread crumbs, cheese and soup. Do not add any water.
  • Pour spinach mixture into the buttered dish and bake for 30 minutes. Serve.
