A tasty rice dish that would make a great side with most meat entree's.

Steps:
- 1. In a large saucepan over medium heat bring rice, start with 3 cups liquid, garlic salt, pepper and soup mix to a boil.
- 2. Once boiling add the frozen vegetables and bring to another boil...reduce heat to simmer, cover and cook another 15 - 20 minutes or until rice is cooked. Keep checking and add more water or broth as needed so the rice doesn't stick, but until tender.
- 3. When rice is cooked, stir in butter and parsley. Serve hot as a side to just about any dish.
