This soup is so tasty and quick...can be ready in 15 - 20 minutes flat. Spice it up to your liking...add some beans if preferred...Delicious! Enjoy!

Steps:
- 1. In a dutch oven brown off the ground beef and drain.
- 2. Add the beef back to pan and add all remaining ingredients to the pan, except for the cheese and condiments. Stir well and simmer for roughly 15 minutes or until heated through well.
- 3. Add the cheddar cheese and stir until melted.
- 4. Ladle into serving bowls and top with Monterey Jack cheese, green onions, sour cream and nacho chips if prefer. To reheat you may want to add some more milk, it will thicken up some. A mighty tasty, quick soup. Enjoy!
