Steps:
- Dissolve yeast in water. Stir in sweetener. Stir in flour until thick batter. Beat well 100 strokes. Let rise 60 minutes.
- Fold in salt and oil. Fold in additional flour until dough comes away from side of bowl. Knead on floured board 10-15 minutes
- Let rise 50 minutes. Punch down. Let rise 40 minutes.
- Shape into loaves. Place on baking sheets sprinkled with corn mean. Let rise 20 minutes. Brush with water. Place pan of water on the bottom of the oven (or spray water in oven). Bake at 425 for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and brush with water. Continue baking at 375 until well-browned, about 40-50 minutes.
