Tangy Horseradish Sauce image

0.25 cups butter
1 tablespoons flour
1 cups sour cream
1 tablespoons parsley
1 teaspoons horseradish
2 tablespoons lemon juice

Steps:

  • In a small saucepan, melt butter. Whisk in flour until smooth; cook and stir for 1-2 minutes or until bubbly.
  • Remove from heat; whisk in sour cream, parsley and horseradish. Gradually whisk in lemon juice. Serve.
