Tangerine-Rum Sidecar image

Rum stands in for the traditional cognac in this tropical sidecar, while fresh tangerine juice amps up the usual combination of orange liqueur and lemon juice.

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 1/2 ounces dark rum
1 ounce Cointreau or triple sec
1 ounce fresh tangerine juice
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

Steps:

  • Add rum, Cointreau, and citrus juices to a cocktail shaker filled halfway with ice. Shake 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe glass; serve.
