Number Of Ingredients 6

2 pound(s) ground beef
2 package(s) taco seasoning flavoring
1 large can of refried beans
1 large bottle of salsa, i use chuncky
1 large container of sour cream
2 pound(s) velveeta cheese, cubed

Steps:

  • Brown ground beef. Drain well and replace in pan. Add taco seasoning and heat for 3 or 4 minutes.
  • Place taco beef in crockpot, top with velveeta, salsa and refried beans. cook on slow or low until velteeta has melted and it stirs well together. Just before serving, add sour cream. Keep in crockpot to stay warm, my pot has a hold warm button on it and it works well for this.
