SWISS-SPINACH QUICHE image

Number Of Ingredients 8

8 ounces Swiss cheese, shredded or diced
2 Tablespoons flour
1 cup milk
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 teaspoon salt
Dash of pepper
Dash of nutmeg
10 ounce frozen chopped spinach, cooked according to package instructions, then squeezed dry (or you can wilt a fresh bag of spinach and chop it)

Steps:

  • Toss cheese with flour. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into a 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
