Swiss Chicken Casserole image

This recipe came from a cookbook from one of our local nursing homes. Another EASY one! This makes a very good & quick chicken and dressing. No need to boil a chicken for broth.

Number Of Ingredients 4

4 chicken breast or turkey
4 slice swiss cheese
1 box stove top stuffing turkey, chicken or plain
1 can(s) cream of chicken or mushroom soup

Steps:

  • 1. Spray or grease casserole dish. Place chicken breast in dish. Top with cheese.
  • 2. Mix stovetop stuffing according to package directions; place on top of cheese. Top with soup.
  • 3. Cover with foil or tight fitting lid and bake for 1 hour at 375 degrees.
