SWISS AND CRABMEAT QUICHE image

4 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
1-9" unbaked pastry shell
1-7oz. can crab meat, drained
2 green onions
3 beaten eggs
1 C light cream
1/4 tsp lemon peel, grated
1/4 tsp dry mustard

Steps:

  • Arrange cheese evenly on bottom of pastry shell. Top with crabmeat and onions. Combine all other ingredients and pour over crab meat. Bake 45 min. at 325 degrees F. Let stand 10 min. before serving.
