This is a low fat, low carb recipe. Very heart healthy. Good served warm or cold.

Steps:
- 1. Mix all ingredients in medium size mixing bowl, beating well.
- 2. Pour into 4 small (1 cup size) oven proof pudding cups.
- 3. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Cool and serve with whip cream or ice cream.
