SWEET POTATO, SAUSAGE AND PEPPER BAKE image

2-3 Large Sweet Potatoes, cut into chunks
1 pkg. Kielbasa Sausage, cut into chunks
1 red & 1 yellow green peppers, cut into chunks
1 onion, cut into chunks
olive oil & salt

Steps:

  • combine w/ olive oil and salt, place in dish covered w/ aluminum foil and bake at 375 for about 1 1/2 hours.
