Steps:
- 1. Boil sweet potatoes until tender. Remove skins when cooled or drain canned sweet potatoes well.
- 2. Put into a large bowl and whip them until fluffy. Add remaining ingredients.
- 3. Pour into a greased 9 X 13 inch casserole and top with the Crunch Topping.
- 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
