SWEET POTATO AND ORANGE CASSEROLE image

Number Of Ingredients 7

1/4 cup peeled oranges, chopped
4 cups of cooked sweet potatoes, mashed
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 Tbs. butter
1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbs. chopped pecans

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350. Butter a casserole dish (8X8). Combine ingredients, except pecans, and pour into casserole dish. Sprinkle the top with chopped pecans. Bake until hot, 30 - 45 minutes.
