1 cup lentils
1 cup coconut milk
1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
1 teaspoon sugar
1 pinch salt

Steps:

  • Cook lentils as directed by pkg until soft. Drain.
  • Combine lentils and everything else. Stir well. Bring to a boil. Simmer, uncovered, until liquid thickens.
