SWEET CORN CAKE
A real twist on corn bread, serve it with chili, very yummy!

Steps:
- 1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir until well blended. Will be lumpy.
- 2. Pour in to a greased bread pan.
- 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Serve while hot.
