This was given to me by my sister-in-law as a chili with a slightly sweet taste. It has beef broth and BBQ sauce as a base. It is a great pairing with my cornbread recipe.

Steps:
- 1. Combine beef, garlic, green pepper, and red onion and cook in skillet until meat is brown.
- 2. Drain and add to crock pot.
- 3. Add spices, tomatoes, broth, BBQ sauce, and beans to crockpot.
- 4. Cook for 3-4 hours on high or 8 hours on low.
- 5. A few minutes before serving mix in cilantro, honey and lime juice.
- 6. Serve with sour cream and cheese, if desired.
