Steps:
- Preheat the grill on medium high heat.
- In a large bowl, combine the onion, pepper, ginger, chicken, garlic, black pepper, red pepper flakes, hoisin sauce and panko bread crumbs. Form into four patties.
- Put the burgers onto the hot grill and grill over medium-high heat for about 4 minutes or so on each side or until they are fully cooked. In the last few minutes of grilling grill the pineapple slices as well. Take the burgers and pineapple off of the grill and take them inside to build your burgers.
- Open up your burger buns and build the burgers on top of the bottom bun. Assemble the burgers by placing the burger on the bottom, then a slice of pineapple, lettuce and sweet and sour sauce. Spread mayo on the inside of the top bun and put it on top of your burger.
