SWEDISH ALMOND BARK COOKIES image

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup potato starch
1 3/4 cup flour
Almond bark or white chocolate

Steps:

  • Beat butter and sugar together. Sift in flour Add potato starch Mix all lightly together Roll into 4 long rolls and wrap in wax paper Refrigerate Slice into 3/8" pieces Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Cool Dip half of cookie into melted almond bark Enjoy!
