Surimi Snack image

At noon I was hungry, but didn't have time to make a real lunch. Had some stuff left over from previous meals that week, so this is what I came up with. Super quick, and very tasty too.

2 cups cooked pasta (shells are good)
1 cup diced surimi (I like crab flavor)
1 tablespoon fat-free mayonnaise
1 dash balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper

Steps:

  • Mix it all together.
