Surfin' Tuna Casserole image

This microwaved casserole made with stuffing mix, tuna, cheese, peas and cream of mushroom soup takes only 20 minutes from start to finish.

Number Of Ingredients 9

3 eggs
3/4cup milk
1pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
1-1/2cups KRAFT Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheeses, divided
1cup frozen green peas, thawed
1can (6 oz.) tuna, drained, flaked
1/2cup low sodium condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/4cup green onion slices
2Tbsp. chopped pimiento

Steps:

  • BEAT eggs and milk large bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Stir in stuffing mix, 1 cup of the cheese, the peas, tuna, soup, onions and pimiento until well blended. Spoon into greased 9-inch microwaveable pie plate. Cover loosely with sheet of wax paper.
  • MICROWAVE on HIGH 5 minutes. Stir thoroughly to completely mix center and outside edge; smooth top. Cover. Microwave an additional 5 minutes or until center is no longer wet.
  • SPRINKLE with remaining 1/2 cup cheese; cover. Let stand 5 minutes.
