Steps:
- Cut your smoked sausage into bite size pieces.
- In a skillet heat sausage until it begins to brown a little
- Add marinara sauce to skillet and heat till through
- Put a slice of provolone cheese on your sub roll and toast in oven till cheese is melted. Add sausage and sauce and enjoy!
