This soft, rich fudge is perfect to quench that chocolate craving. Just one little piece (or two) will do the trick. For a deeper, richer chocolate flavor, be sure to add the unsweetened baking chocolate.

Steps:
- Grease bottom and sides of square pan, 8x8x2 inches with butter.
- Heat milk and chocolate in 2-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth; remove from heat.
- Quickly stir in nuts and vanilla. Spread in pan. Refrigerate about 1 hour 30 minutes or until firm. Cut into 1-inch squares.
