How to make Sunrise Smoothie (Weight Watchers)

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 container vanilla yogurt, low fat
1 small banana
1 cup whole strawberries
4 oz orange soda, low calorie
1 cup ice

Steps:

  • Add yogurt to blender.
  • Add banana in chunks, and blend until smooth.
  • Add fresh or frozen strawberries, and blend until smooth
  • Add diet orange soda (like diet Sunkist), blend.
  • Add ice and blend until smooth.
  • Makes 2 Servings
