SUN TEA AKA SOLAR TEA
World's BEST Iced Tea! You don't really need a recipe for this but I wanted to include it in the cookbook I'm doing to honor my grandmother.

Steps:
- Use good quality tea bags. Fill gallon jar with cold water. Place tea bgs in jar, cover, and set in sun to brew. If you like a lot of lemon flavor you can add a slice of lemon to the water. Allow tea to sun brew for 3-4 hours. When tea looks dark enough for your taste remove tea bags. Place jar in refrigerator to cool. Serve with ice and lemon and/or sugar to suit your taste.
