1.25cup sunflower seeds
2tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
3tbsp flax oil
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
2tbsp grated cheese
1tbsp light miso
1tbsp braggs
1stalk celery
1 tomato, roughly chopped

Steps:

  • Toast seeds at 325 for 7-10 minutes. Blend 1 cup of sunflower seeds,then with remaining ingredients except remaining seeds. Mix in seeds after done blending.
