Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350ºF. Mix sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg; set aside. Microwave butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 45 sec. or until melted. Stir in nuts until evenly coated. Add sugar mixture; mix lightly.
- Line 15x10-x1-inch baking pan with foil; spray lightly with cooking spray. Spread nuts evenly onto bottom of pan.
- Bake 10 min. Cool slightly.
